    ABOUT THESEUS

THESEUS aims to drive a circular transition within Attica and other regions by focusing on five innovation pillars (IPs) that ensure a holistic approach.

These pillars cover technical innovation, process-based approaches, digitalization, robotics, and governance, promoting cross-sectoral collaboration and replication with other projects.

    THE CHALLENGE

Attica faces significant environmental challenges, including inefficient resource use and outdated urban planning.

The region needs a systemic approach to integrate circular economy principles into its water, energy, and material management, fostering sustainable development.

    VISION

THESEUS envisions a circular economy where resources are used efficiently, waste is minimized, and environmental sustainability is prioritized.

By leveraging technological innovations and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration, the project aims to create a resilient and sustainable future for Attica and beyond.

    OBJECTIVES
